3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCEPTABLE USE

8. TERMINATION

Internet service provider failures or telecommunications outages

Power outages or infrastructure failures

Cyber attacks, hacking attempts, or security breaches affecting third-party services

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11.3 You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts for the resolution of any disputes.
